    2nd month------Croe Rythems-------1hr to 2hrs

    3rd month----Core Rythems------full workout

    4th month------Core Rythems----full workout +

    1st month----Streches/workouts----5mins/15mins

    2nd month----Stretches/workouts----5mins each

    3rd month----Stretches/workouts-----5mins each

    4th month-----Stretches/workouts-----5mins each

    30 reps-----Ab lounge----+ 10 everyday
